Terms & Conditions
Confirmation By accepting these terms & conditions and confirming your order, a binding agreement is established. Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an automated email confirming your order. We reserve the right to fulfill the order even if the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. If we are unable to fulfill the order as per the terms in the order confirmation, we will contact you, and you will have the option to cancel the order. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before placing any orders on www.nbharnhem.com.
Payment Methods We offer a variety of secure payment methods, including major credit and debit cards (VISA and MasterCard), PayPal, iDEAL, Bancontact, and other local payment options available at checkout. All transactions are protected using SSL encryption and, where applicable, 3D-Secure authentication. We do not store card details after a transaction is completed.
Prices All prices displayed on www.nbharnhem.com are in Euros and include applicable VAT for customers within the European Union. Prices do not include delivery charges, which are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.
Delivery Time and Costs Orders are dispatched on regular working days, Monday to Saturday. Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer during sale periods and public holidays. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.
Occasionally, we offer free shipping on all orders, which will be clearly communicated on our website and applied at checkout.
Customs and Import Charges Any customs or import duties are charged once a parcel reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, as customs policies vary widely by country. We recommend contacting your local customs authority before placing an order if you have any concerns.
Returns We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
You can return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as items are unworn, have all original tags attached, and are in resalable condition. Please reach out to us at info@nbharnhem.com before sending anything back — we'll guide you through the process.
Return shipping is at your own cost. If your order qualified for free shipping, we may deduct the actual outbound shipping costs from your refund. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we're unable to take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Please mark your package as "RETURNED GOODS."
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund or exchange within 14 days to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Sale items Our sale items are carefully selected and offered at reduced prices for a limited time. Because of this, sale items are not eligible for exchange. That said, we fully respect EU consumer rights — customers within the European Union retain their statutory right of withdrawal, as provided under EU consumer law.
Outside the EU We love that our pieces find their way around the world, but at this time we're unable to accept returns for orders shipped outside the EU. If you're unsure about sizing, fabric, or fit — please don't hesitate to reach out before placing your order. We're happy to share detailed measurements, additional photos, or any other information to help you feel confident in your choice.
Damaged or Defective Products We take great care in packaging every order, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@nbharnhem.com as soon as possible after receiving your order. Include a description and photos of the damage, and we will do our best to resolve the situation promptly — whether that's a replacement, repair, or refund.
