Confirmation: By accepting these terms & conditions and confirming your order, a binding agreement is established. Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an automated email confirming your order. We reserve the right to fulfill the order even if the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. If we are unable to fulfill the order as per the terms in the order confirmation, we will contact you, and you will have the option to cancel the order. Payment Methods: We offer two payment methods:
Credit/Debit Cards: We accept VISA and MasterCard. When prompted, provide your card number, expiration date, and CVC code. We use a security standard called 3D-Secure, developed by VISA and MasterCard. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, ensuring unauthorized access to card details is prevented. We do not store card numbers after the transaction is completed.
PayPal: PayPal enables secure payment using your PayPal account or credit card. You will be redirected to PayPal to finalize your order during checkout. For more information about PayPal, please visit www.paypal.com.
Prices displayed do not include delivery charges. We reserve the right to adjust incorrect prices. All prices shown on the website www.nbharnhem.com are in Euros and include applicable VAT for customers within the European Union.
Delivery Time and Costs
Goods will be dispatched on regular working days, Monday to Fridays. Please note that the delivery times may be slightly longer during sales and public holidays.
Occasionally, we offer free deliveries on all orders, which will be clearly stated on our website. Please note that campaigns for free deliveries will be activated on your payment page.
Customs and Import Charges
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and we cannot provide information on the costs, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We advise contacting your local authorities before placing an order to avoid surprises.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track your order.
Refunds and Exchanges
Items purchased from Neighbourhood can be returned within 14 days of receiving the shipment in most cases. During this period, you can try and examine the product as you would in a physical store. The product must be in the same condition as you received it and undamaged. You are allowed to take the product out of its packaging unless the packaging is sealed.

Damaged in Transit - Defective Products
If the product is damaged or not as presented on www.nbharnhem.com, you have the right to file a claim.
How to File a Claim: Please contact [email protected] as soon as you discover the fault. We will assess if the fault can be repaired or remedied. If not possible, we will replace the product. If we are unable to replace the product or remedy the fault, we will issue a refund. Providing a photograph of the damage/error will expedite the process. Once we receive the product, we will inform you and either return the product to you or refund the product cost along with the return shipping costs.
We reserve the right to act in the event of war, warlike events, civil war, revolution, government sanctions, strikes, lockouts, blockades, natural disasters, or similar occurrences. This means that the agreement may not be fulfilled in part or in full. In such an event, we will attempt to notify you promptly.
