Shipping
Orders are dispatched on regular working days, Monday to Saturday. Once your order leaves our shop, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.
We ship via PostNL, DHL, or DPD, depending on your location and the size of your order.
Estimated delivery times:
- Netherlands: 1–2 business days
- Neighbouring countries (Belgium, Germany, France, Luxembourg): 2–4 business days
- Rest of Europe: 3–7 business days
- Outside Europe: 3–8 business days
Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer during sale periods, public holidays, or peak seasons.
Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We offer free shipping on orders above a certain threshold, which will be clearly displayed on our website and applied automatically at checkout.
Shipping outside the EU When shipping outside the European Union, customs or import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may vary depending on the customs policies of the destination country. We recommend contacting your local customs authority if you have any questions before placing your order.
Please note that international shipments may occasionally experience longer-than-expected delivery times due to customs processing or delays during handover between countries.
We kindly ask customers not to request that parcels be marked as a "gift" or declared at a lower value to avoid customs charges.
