Styling for studio sessions, with Minouche & Rûne
Share
Every studio session starts upstairs, in the store. For one of our Fall Winter 2026 shoots we got Giel ready by layering pieces from Atelier Neighbourhood and A Kind of Guise, and finished the look with jewellery by Minouche & Rûne, handmade in Arnhem.
The look
The centre of the look is the Cullu Overshirt in fuzzy violet by A Kind of Guise. It is a boxy overshirt in a heavyweight, brushed wool blend with alpaca, woven in Italy and made up in Portugal, with a spread collar, a wide placket with horn buttons and side slits. It has enough weight to wear as a light jacket.

Underneath, a dark shirt and the Samurai Trousers in washed black ornament: a relaxed drawcord trouser in Japanese cotton twill with a fine paisley print, made without a side seam and handmade in Italy. The washed finish softens both the print and the handle.

Two neighbours in Arnhem
The jewellery is made by Minouche & Rûne, just like us based in Arnhem. They work with 14 and 18 carat gold, freshwater pearls and raw diamond, with rings shaped by a distinctive melted finish. Organic, tactile and deliberately imperfect, so every piece feels individual.
For this look Giel wears a baroque freshwater pearl necklace in cream, champagne and pale pink tones with a 14k gold magnet clasp, a wide, organically moulded 14k gold bracelet, an irregular 14k gold ring with melted edges and a rose-cut brown diamond set in 22k gold. Next to the textures of the collection, the jewellery becomes part of the look rather than an accessory.

From store to studio
Once the styling comes together upstairs, we move downstairs into our studio, where the story continues. Clothing, jewellery, texture and form, all coming together in the frame. Two different disciplines, connected by craft, character and quality.
The Cullu Overshirt and the Samurai Trousers are part of our in-store exclusive selection. Visit our store in Arnhem to try the look on, or contact us for availability and sizing. Watch the styling reel and the studio reel on Instagram.
